Services

Pivot Intelligence provides AI strategy, branding, content creation, LinkedIn management, CV building, social media management, and consulting services to businesses and individuals. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by Pivot Intelligence become the property of the client upon full payment. Pivot Intelligence retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. A deposit may be required before commencement of work. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Pivot Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Project Deposits

Deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable once work has commenced. This covers initial research, planning and resource allocation.

Milestone Payments

If you are not satisfied with a milestone delivery, please notify us within 5 business days. We will work with you to revise the deliverable at no additional cost. If after two rounds of revisions you remain unsatisfied, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

Subscription Services

Monthly subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of renewal are eligible for a prorated refund.

How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests in writing to Contact-us@pivotintelligenceai.com with your project details, reason for the request and supporting documentation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
